On our free delivery service, you can expect to take delivery of your order within 3-5 working days.

Most orders from us are delivered using our couriers, and will need to be signed for. If you are not in when they attempt to deliver, the driver will leave a card though your door, and try again on the next working day. The driver will also try to deliver the item to either of your neighbours, unless you tell us otherwise. If there has been no one to accept the delivery on two attempts, you will need to go to the depot to collect the item, or arrange redelivery with us which may incur a charge. Therefore, you may find it more convenient to have your order sent to your work address, or perhaps someone you know will be in; you can select this at the checkout.

Electricshopping.com Recycles! As we order in bulk, we tend to get products delivered to us in larger boxes of multiples of the same item. Rather than throw away these boxes, we often use them to pack customer orders, saving on both cardboard use and cost. Therefore, please bear in mind that your order may be delivered in an outer box with the markings of another product on the outside. so, please sign for the item, and open the box, the correct item will be inside it.

Delivery Surcharges

Due to increased shipping and insurance charges, we are forced to charge a supplement for delivery to addresses in Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight, Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Isles and Orkney Isles, Outer Hebrides, Scottish Highlands (AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50) and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE).

The total supplement for delivery to the above areas is £5.50. This should be added to your order at the checkout by selecting the Non-Mainland UK option. We've done our research, and this price is still lower than most of our competitors will charge you!

Delivery to the Channel Islands is classed as Europe, but VAT is not charged for this location.

Delivery to The Republic of Ireland is charged at a flat rate of £ 14.99 no matter the size of the order or the items that you have chosen. However, should you be shopping from Ireland, why not shop in Euros at electricshopping.ie - our Ireland Store.

Express Delivery - For when it has to arrive on time

For only £4.50 in addition to your order you can add this service. Selecting this will mean that your order is processed immediately, and placed at the front of the picking and packing queue, guaranteeing that your order will leave our warehouse that same (working) day. In most cases this means that your order is delivered within 24 hours**.

You can select this at the checkout, but you must order before 15.30. If you miss this deadline, we will do our best to get your order out anyway, but if we are unable, we will take care of it on the following working day.

Express delivery is available in the UK only, and is only available on working days. For delivery on Saturdays, please call us.

*For exceptionally large orders, we may have to charge more for delivery. We will contact you should this be the case.

**The express delivery option is not a guaranteed 24 hour delivery time frame, and does not include delivery on a Saturday or Sunday.By selecting this option, we will guarantee to have your order despatched from our warehouse on the same day, and to send it with 24 hour delivery in the UK. We will not be liable for delays that occur with our delivery partners. The guaranteed amount is limited to the total cost of subscribing to the express delivery option.
