At electricshopping.com we strive to make your shopping easy from start to finish, which applies when things don’t go to plan too. Here’s an introduction to our returns policies.
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us and know that we all change our minds sometimes! If you don’t like something you have bought from us, you can return it for any reason within 14 days of taking the delivery. We just ask that the item comes back to us in an unused and ‘as new’ condition with all the original packaging, and if applicable, all seals in-tact.
When you return your item to us, please make sure that it’s well packed to protect it from damage. To arrange the return simply contact us and we will do the rest. You are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us; however we can sometimes offer a low price collection from your home or office. In some cases we may deduct the cost of delivering the item to you, naturally, we will tell you if that’s the case.
It’s annoying when things go wrong, but if your product is still covered by the warranty we will be able to help. If your product goes wrong within its warranty period, simply contact us and we will advise you of the next steps to take.
